Session Rates

$125 per 50-minute session

This includes: in-office individual, couples, or family counseling; as well as telephone sessions.

Pre-Payment Policy

When scheduling your first counseling session, you will be asked to provide payment information to pre-pay for your appointment. If you cancel this appointment 24 hours or more in advance, the entire amount will be refunded to you. If you miss your appointment, or cancel with less than 24 hours notice, this payment will not be refunded.

Payments Accepted

Personal checks and all major credit cards are accepted for payment, as well as HSA debit cards that display a Visa or MasterCard logo. Payment is due at the time services are provided.

Cancellation Policy

No-shows or sessions cancelled within 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time will be subject to the full session fee. This fee will be billed to your on-file credit card.

Insurance

Insurance will not be billed on your behalf. Please see the tab ‘Common Questions’ for additional information regarding insurance and potential reimbursement.
